Since 1998.  Apostle Lacey has been the Senior Pastor and Chief Visionary of Touch Hearts Christian Center in Stafford Va. Apostle Lacey is a native of North Carolina. He was educated in the Alexandria Public School System, having graduated from the distinguished T, C Williams high school. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Ministry Leadership from Trinity College of the Bible Theological Seminary Newburgh, Indiana. Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Spirit of Truth-Bible Institute and a Doctor of Christian Education Degree, focusing on Education Leadership from Spirit of Truth-Bible Institute Richmond VA.

 

 Apostle Lacey Latest assignment was being appointed by God to the varies churches as Presiding Bishop and Chief Apostle of The Churches of Faith Inc. Apostle Lacey has a tremendous passion for God's word coupled with a love for God's people. He has a contagious spirit of generosity that overflows throughout every facet of his ministry. Apostle Lacey is married to Mrs. Brenda Lacey (Pastor of Touch Hearts Christian Center) they are the proud parents of three children, and Seven grand-children.
